This is how it all started…

Why another blog? I have no idea. I do know that at 50 I was discontent and by 55 I had lost my way if not my mind. This is my therapy. A collection of essays, links and articles plus a few book reviews that I have written or read that I feel have been part of my new life.

My goal was to enter midlife a new man. Without the total destruction on a family that I love and a life that I had built around them. This was a challenge since I was quite certain that the career that I had excelled at was one that I had despised from the start. We stay in these career out of fear. I stayed 35 years too long.
